UNSWEETENED PUREE

Fruit purees – pureed juices with no added sugar are thicker than cold pressed juices because they contain blended fruit pulp, while still retaining a liquid form. The pulp contains the highest amount of valuable nutrients beneficial to health. Pureed juices are an excellent addition to dishes, desserts and drinks.

LIGHTLY SWEETENED PUREE

Purees are lightly sweetened pureed juices (containing from 5% to 10% sugar). They retain a liquid form and, similarly to pureed juices, can be used to prepare drinks as well as a topping for dishes and desserts. Their fantastic flavour resembles that of fresh, ripe fruit.

COLD-PRESSED JUICES

Pure nature – 100% juice from fresh fruit, with no additives. We owe the excellent taste to carefully selecting the most beautiful, tasty and fully ripe fruit for pressing. The juice is always pressed on the same day the fruit is harvested. Good fruits make good juice.

Our nectar honeys are products obtained from clean rural areas – natural sweetness straight from apiaries, created with respect for beekeeping tradition, without additives or artificial processes.

FRUIT PRESERVES

We aimed to create something truly delicious and healthy. The preserves contain whole fruit. They are lightly sweetened (one could describe them as slightly tart or slightly sweet) and set in a delicate jelly made from apple-cistrus pectin, based on 100% fruit juice. We do not overuse sugar and we do not use preservatives or enhancers. Production takes place exclusively in summer, when fresh fruit is available, as we do not use concentrates or frozen fruit.

LIVE VINEGAR

Our range also includes live vinegar, which is produced for us by a trusted partner company specialising in vinegars. These vinegars are created through natural fermentation, without acceleration (lasting from 6 to 12 months). They contain live bacterial cultures and have a beautiful aroma and flavour. They are natural, healthy and beneficial for our bodies.
